What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product line. For footwear, we typically require a minimum of 1,200 pairs per style/colorway; for hardware and garden tools, the MOQ is generally 500–1,000 pieces per SKU. We are flexible with first-time orders and trial shipments — please feel free to contact us regarding the products you are interested in purchasing.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. Stock samples are available within 3–5 working days; custom samples (with your logo/packaging) typically take 14–30 days. Sample fees are refundable against subsequent bulk orders.
What is the typical lead time?+
In-stock items: 7–14 days. Custom orders: Approximately 60 days after receipt of deposit and sample approval (subject to negotiation for large-volume orders). Additionally, delivery times may be extended depending on the circumstances in the event of force majeure, such as Chinese public holidays or natural disasters.
Which payment terms do you accept?+
We support FOB trade terms. The standard payment method is T/T: 33% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon arrival at the port of destination. Payment amounts for sample orders are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Which incoterms do you support?+
We default to FOB terms — we work with reliable forwarders to provide door-to-door logistics services worldwide.
Do you offer OEM / private label?+
Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service including custom designs, logo printing, retail packaging, hangtags and barcodes. Send us your tech pack or reference samples and we will quote within 72 hours.
Are your products certified?+
Our footwear is REACH and CPSIA compliant; hardware and garden tools come with CE/ISO certificates. Specific certifications (FSC, GS, RoHS, ANSI) are available depending on item — let us know your target market.
Where do you ship to?+
We export to North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa. Major destinations include the USA, Japan, France, the UK, Italy, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil.
